Our services
From first sketch to finished piece.
Eight capabilities, each with its own department and its own specialists, all in one building in New Delhi. Hand us a sketch and take back a finished piece, or use any single stage on its own. Both are normal here.

2D Sketching & 3D CAD Modelling
In-house designers take a concept from hand sketch to a structurally engineered CAD model, checked for metal stress points, setting security and weight distribution before it reaches production.

3D Printing & Rendering
Five printers running in parallel produce high-resolution wax and resin patterns for lost-wax casting, plus photorealistic product close-up renders for e-commerce listings.

3D Scanning
Our 3D scanners convert physical items into editable 3D models at micron-level resolution: digitise an heirloom, reverse-engineer a design, or verify a finished piece against its original model.

Cold Moulding
RTV silicone moulds that capture microscopic detail and survive repeated wax injections without degrading, built from metal originals, 3D-printed patterns, or existing jewellery.

Precious Metal Casting
Schultheiss sealed-chamber casting in 9K to 22K gold and sterling silver. Every casting is karat-verified by Fischer XRF before it leaves the department.

Filing & Polishing
Master finishers work raw castings up to a mirror finish through a graduated protocol that preserves every intricate detail while keeping metal loss and labour hours down.

Stone-Setting
Certified master setters work across natural and lab-grown diamonds and coloured gemstones, in prong, bezel, pavé, channel, invisible, and tension settings.

Hallmarking
Optional final step. We submit finished pieces to a BIS-licensed hallmarking centre on your behalf, so purity is independently assayed and marked without becoming your logistics problem.

What we make
Heavy pieces are where we are strongest.
Bangles and necklaces are APM Castings' speciality and its highest-selling items. Heavy jewellery is the workshop's core strength: substantial, high-value pieces that demand a casting house able to hold fine detail and consistent karatage at full weight.
- Bangles and kadas (speciality)
- Necklaces and neckpieces (speciality)
- Rings, including stone-set and solitaire settings
- Earrings and studs
- Pendants
- Bracelets
- Chains, including cast-in-place chain
- Gold and silver watches
- Hollow-form and lightweight pieces
- Filigree and openwork
- Custom and bespoke commissions
If an item is not on this list, it is still worth asking. The workshop is equipped for general fine-jewellery manufacturing, not a narrow catalogue.
Not sure which stage you need?
Send us the piece, the karat and roughly the volume. We will tell you which departments it actually needs to pass through, and say plainly if we are not the right workshop for it.
