    Schultheiss casting systems

    Sealed melting chambers eliminate oxidation during the melt. Advanced homogenisation holds karatage consistent throughout the piece, and proprietary ash reduction produces castings clean enough to cut finishing time materially.

  • Verification

    Fischer XRF analyser

    Precise karatage verification on every casting, not a sampled batch. That lets us document purity instead of asserting it.

  • 3D scanning

    3D scanners

    Convert any physical item into an editable 3D model. Optical scanning at micron-level resolution captures every facet, engraving and setting for reverse engineering, replication, or dimensional QC.

  • Additive

    Five 3D printers

    Running in parallel across different printing technologies and materials, so multiple client projects proceed simultaneously and production survives maintenance cycles.

  • Stone verification

    In-house diamond testing lab

    Instruments that differentiate natural from lab-grown diamonds, detect simulants including moissanite and cubic zirconia, and run refractive index and density testing.

  • Finishing

    Precision lapping & calibrated polishing

    Multi-stage filing systems that progressively eliminate tool marks, and pressure-controlled finishing that preserves delicate detail rather than eroding it.
