Who we are

APMCastings is operated by APM Technologies 3D Pvt Ltd, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us on WhatsApp or use our website and applications, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your WhatsApp phone number and the profile name WhatsApp shares with us.
• The messages, photos and files you send us, and our replies to you.
• Details you give us about your enquiry or order, such as your name, business name and city.
• If you have an account with us: your name, email address and order records.
• If you send an enquiry through the form on this website: your name, business name, email address, phone number, the type of enquiry and the message you write.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiries and give you quotes.
• To take, make and deliver your orders, and to send you updates about them.
• To keep the business records the law requires of us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising by other companies.

Automated replies

Some first replies on WhatsApp are written by an automated assistant so you get an answer quickly. You can ask for a person at any time and a member of our team will take over.

Who can see it

Only our staff who handle your conversation or order can see it. We also rely on service providers to run this service — WhatsApp (Meta) to deliver messages, an email delivery provider to pass on the enquiries you send through this website, and hosting, database and AI providers to store and process them on our behalf. They may only use your information to provide their service to us, and not for their own purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising, and we do not run third-party advertising or analytics scripts on it. Our trade catalogue at designs.apmcastings.com uses only what is strictly necessary to keep you signed in while you are using it.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include the internet (IP) address your request came from, so that the service can be operated and kept secure.

Where your information is processed

We are based in India, and we work with clients in India and overseas. Some of the service providers we rely on store or process information on servers outside India. Where that happens, they may only use your information to provide their service to us, under the terms we have agreed with them.

How we protect it

This website and our applications are served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to conversations and order records is limited to the staff who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and to restrict who can reach it.

Children

We sell to businesses, not to children. Our website, our catalogue and our WhatsApp service are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information about them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

How long we keep it

We keep conversations and order records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete them.

Your choices

• You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• You can ask us to correct it or delete it.
• You can stop messages from us at any time by telling us, or by blocking our number on WhatsApp.
• You can object to how we use your information, or ask us to restrict it, and you can ask us to send a copy of it to you or to someone else in a commonly used format.
• If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

To do any of these, email contactus@apmcastings.com. We will reply within 30 days. Where the law requires us to keep a record, such as an invoice, we will tell you what we must keep and why.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page and update the date above.
