Every casting is karat-verified by Fischer XRF before it leaves the department. - [Filing & Polishing](https://www.apmcastings.com/services/polishing-and-filing): Master finishers work raw castings up to a mirror finish through a graduated protocol that preserves every intricate detail while keeping metal loss and labour hours down. - [Stone-Setting](https://www.apmcastings.com/services/stone-setting): Certified master setters work across natural and lab-grown diamonds and coloured gemstones, in prong, bezel, pavé, channel, invisible, and tension settings. - [Hallmarking](https://www.apmcastings.com/services/hallmarking): Optional final step. We submit finished pieces to a BIS-licensed hallmarking centre on your behalf, so purity is independently assayed and marked without becoming your logistics problem. ## Contact - Address: A-40, FIEE Complex, Okhla Industrial Area Phase-2, New Delhi, Delhi 110020 - Email: contactus@apmcastings.com - Phone: +91-11-41631416 - WhatsApp: https://wa.me/918130555631 - Hours: Mon – Fri, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM · Saturday & Sunday closed - Quote requests: https://www.apmcastings.com/contact ## Frequently asked questions ### What is your minimum order quantity? Our typical minimum is 250 grams per month. We are flexible for the right partnership. Call us and we will talk it through instead of turning you away at a number. ### What is your monthly production capacity? Over 50 kilograms per month across all karatages and metal colours. We have produced more than 5,000 distinct items to date, with 18K being the most requested karat. ### Are you a gold manufacturer or a gold factory? Both descriptions fit. APM Castings is a gold manufacturing factory in New Delhi, producing finished jewellery for retailers and brands. We are a production house, not a refinery or bullion dealer: we do not trade or refine metal. We manufacture jewellery from it, handling every stage from CAD design through casting and finishing in one building, with optional hallmarking arranged for you at a BIS-licensed centre. ### Do you manufacture in silver as well as gold? Yes. We cast sterling silver (925) on the same Schultheiss sealed-chamber systems used for gold, with anti-tarnish formulations available and the same XRF verification and quality control applied. Silver is also useful for prototyping a design before committing to a gold production run. ### Do you make watches? Yes. We have built gold watches before and can do so again. Watches we produce are made in gold or silver only, using the same casting, finishing and stone-setting departments as the rest of our work. Send us the design or the reference piece and we will tell you plainly what is feasible. ### How long does hallmarking add to a job? Hallmarking is optional. When you want it, allow around seven days on top of production, plus a day at the centre itself. Indian law requires hallmarking to be carried out at a BIS-licensed assaying centre, so the pieces do leave our building for that step. We handle the submission and collection ourselves, so it stays our logistics problem rather than yours. ### Which gold karats and colours do you cast? We cast 9K, 10K, 14K, 18K and 22K gold in yellow, white and rose, plus sterling silver with anti-tarnish formulations available. Speciality alloys can be developed for custom applications. ### Can I supply my own metal? Yes. You can bring your own metal or use ours. Both are standard for us and the choice does not change the process or the quality of the casting. ### Do you export outside India? Yes. Alongside more than 50 Indian retail clients, we produce for over 10 international clients, primarily in Canada, the United Kingdom and Germany. ### How is karat purity verified? Every casting is checked by Fischer XRF analysis, which gives a precise karatage reading on each piece. A dedicated quality control department applies strict tolerance standards on top of that, and finished pieces can be officially hallmarked before dispatch. ### How long does a CAD model and render take? It depends on complexity. A simple band is roughly two days for the model and another two days for the render. Expedited service is available when a deadline demands it. ### What kind of renders do you provide? Photorealistic product close-ups: the tight, detail-forward shots that carry an e-commerce listing. We do not currently offer lifestyle, model, or scene-based renders. ### Are my designs kept confidential? Yes. We sign an NDA on request, before any file changes hands. A design from one client never reaches another, NDA or not. ### Can you handle the entire process, or only one stage? Either. Every manufacturing department (design, 3D printing, scanning, moulding, casting, filing and polishing, stone-setting) is under one roof in New Delhi, so you can hand us a sketch and take back a finished piece. Hallmarking is optional and handled for you at a BIS-licensed centre. You can also use any single stage on its own. ### What casting equipment do you use? Schultheiss casting systems with sealed melting chambers, which eliminate oxidation during the melt and produce noticeably cleaner castings. That means less finishing time and lower labour cost downstream. ## Pages - [Home](https://www.apmcastings.com/): Overview of end-to-end jewellery manufacturing services. - [About](https://www.apmcastings.com/about): Company history, vertical integration, production chain. - [Capabilities](https://www.apmcastings.com/capabilities): Full production datasheet and named equipment. - [FAQ](https://www.apmcastings.com/faq): Direct answers on MOQ, capacity, karats, NDAs and turnaround. - [Contact](https://www.apmcastings.com/contact): Enquiry form and workshop details.
